There may not be as many people starting construction on their dream homes right now, but home and office remodeling projects are more popular than ever. The facts show that people aren’t moving; they’re simply upgrading the spaces they’re in. After considering these factors, we determined one thing: It’s the perfect time to feature a remodeling story and reward the best in the business.
Last summer, we invited all local remodelers to show us their best work from their favorite residential home improvement projects. We received a variety of entries, including everything from small bathroom remodels to half-million dollar home upgrades. There were also a few home additions, including an unbelievably gorgeous wine cellar. Though all 34 entries were impressive, creative works of art, we had to decide on a handful of winners. A panel of judges studied each entry in every category and determined which seven projects shined a little brighter than the rest. We interviewed the winning remodelers and photographed their work, which is featured here. Enjoy, then start planning your own upgrades.
