About This Event
Float the Ozarks with 37 North Expeditions and the James River Basin Partnership! The James River and its tributaries has over 300 river miles from its headwaters in Webster County all the way to where it empties into Table Rock Lake. Floating the James was the gateway to Ozarks’ recreation in the past, and introduced many folks to our beautiful hills, wildlife, and waterways. Float one or all these sections of the James and learn more about our most precious cultural and natural resource – our local water.
For this float section we will start at the Lake Springfield Tailwaters access and float to Rivercut Golf Course. Along the way you'll learn to read a river and learn basic river safety, and the skills every paddler should know - whether you're a new paddler or brushing up on your skills.
Registration includes transportation, equipment, and expert guides.
