About This Event
In the kitchen it can be intimidating to break down a whole chicken without formal instruction. Chef Korman will take you through the ins and outs of proper chicken butchery. We’ll start by introducing the appropriate knife to use, and break down the chicken piece by piece, while identifying the different cuts. We will walk you through how to cook the different parts to perfection and how to use the whole animal. We'll end the class around the table, tasting a variety of family style dishes that Chef Korman will show you how to prepare while you are hard at work perfecting your skills. Go home with a full belly, lots of knowledge, and some beautiful recipes for the next time you decide to cook a bird.
