If you want to attend online, the format will be the same that it has been since April. If you want to show up in-person - plan on wearing a mask, distancing from other attendees, and being fluid with the situation.
Full Attending In-Person Details; Dev Night will continue to follow the rules set forth by efactory. They have posted in depth details on how they handle COVID-19 related matters. https://efactory.missouristate.edu/COVID-19/
For attendees planning to come in person, first of all, we're excited to see you! But do know that we take the matter of following guidelines very seriously. We will have a max in-person attendee amount of 20. When you RSVP you will be asked if you intend to show up to the efactory for the event.
A mask is required while in common areas and until you have taken your seat. In the main event space you will have a table to yourself and we will be spacing out all of the tables with more than enough room to abide by the proper spacial distancing.
Depending on the number of groups that end up presenting(final tally should be in soon), the plans could shift as to which presentation presents where so this will remain fluid, but just know that we will continue to follow the rules from the efactory for room capacity in the smaller rooms.
If you are interested in eateries: We will have a server with gloves and mask serving pizza. Only one person at a time will be allowed through the food line. Individual cans of soda and bottles of water will be available.
Presenters may still present remotely. In-person presenters will still be broadcast via Twitch for everyone attending remotely.
