About This Event
This Fit Fun Run isn’t timed, and no medals given, it’s just for fun and a fun way to run AND workout with your friends!
Here’s how it works:
The run will start at the gym and follow a course around the gym and through the catamount ridge neighborhood.
Along the course, instructors will be posted at various locations along the route to stop you for an exercise! Anything from squats, pushups, mambo dance steps, yoga poses, and more will be fun easy to do moves to amp up your run. The more exercises you do, the more prizes you win at the end!
Walkers, joggers, speed demons, and moms with strollers - all are welcome!
Sign up in advance is required, and all runners will receive a t-shirt if registered by September 13th.
After the run, stay for a FREE community breakfast Brought to you by Mickey's! More fitness challenges such a "Will Plank for Pizza" challenge and fun stuff for kids will be going on!
