Join Pits N Grills owner Nick Copeland and Pit Master Jim Tyson for our “Mastering Pork” class and watch their pro-level smoked pork techniques in action—all on a Gateway Drum Smoker and Big Green Egg! You'll leave this class prepared to smoke the perfect cut of pork shoulder or loin for your upcoming summer get-togethers.
Heavy samples will be served along with free beer provided by Heart of America.
