About This Event
Join Chef Katie Baker from A Gracious Plate to learn the craft of handmade pasta. You will spend time in the kitchen making ravioli dough from scratch, stuffing it with leeks and mushrooms, and finishing it with a white wine brown butter sauce. You will learn the essentials of dough preparation, from kneading and rolling to shaping and stuffing. Chef Katie will break down the steps of making pasta into a conquerable process. End the class dining on your class's creation with a glass of wine.
