Roasted Cauliflower Steak

Serve these steaks with lemon juice and crème fraîche. Recipe by Chef Wes Johnson of Metropolitan Farmer.

Roasted Cauliflower Steak

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
Olive oil
Salt 
Pepper

To Prepare
Cut sides off the head of cauliflower, slice the middle into two 1-inch steaks. Drizzle with olive oil, and season both sides with salt and pepper. Place on hot grill, and cook 7 minutes each side till tender. Serve with lemon juice and 
crème fraîche.
