1 bunch fresh broccoli, trimmed into florets
2–3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
3–4 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
Heat oven to 450°F. Place broccoli onto a baking sheet, and sprinkle with minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil. Season to taste with salt and roast for about 10 minutes. Remove pan from oven, flip broccoli and rotate pan before returning to oven to ensure even caramelization. Roast roughly 5–10 more minutes. Remove from oven, season with pepper and additional salt to taste. Sprinkle on freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
