Makes one full mason jar full.
¾ cup water
¾ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
12-15 radishes, very thinly sliced
1 serrano pepper, very thinly sliced with seeds
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 sprig fresh dill
¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
Combine the water, vinegar, sugar and salt in a saucepan, and cook until sugar and salt are dissolved. Remove from heat. Add radishes, serrano pepper, red pepper flakes, dill, pepper and garlic to a mason jar. Fill jar with liquid, and cover with lid. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. Radishes will keep in the fridge for about three weeks.
