1 cup cherry tomatoes
¼ cup olive oil, plus more for drizzling
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
8 ounces angel hair pasta
10 fresh basil leaves, torn into small pieces
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Toss tomatoes in olive oil, salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish in an oven heated to 400°F. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until tomatoes pop. Cook pasta in boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain the pasta and combine with tomatoes, basil and feta. Drizzle with more olive oil. Serve warm or room temperature.
